The purpose of the Foundation is: (a) support the growth of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania and the City of Lebanon, always with positive intent; (b) to support Lebanon County First Responders and their children by providing annual scholarship opportunities for continuing education, including trade schools, vocational-technical opportunities, apprenticeships, and university; and (c) to provide comprehensive leadership development programs to the Law Enforcement Community, with a 10-year goal of having a nationally recognized Law Enforcement Leadership Development Academy.
